Father, You’ve given me stewardship of people and their well-being depends on my serving them with excellence. Bless me not to see them as tools to be used for the advancements of this company, but bless me to see them as the treasures You created to provide a valuable service and we need them as much as they need us. Bless me to celebrate the differences that make us one with fairness and equality. Bless me not to discriminate, but to treat people as You do with no respect of persons. Amen. #showersblessing
